We understand that the shipment of your product is of utmost importance, which is why we dispatch hundreds of products daily to satisfied customers across South Africa and around the world. All our prices include shipping and handling charges. We ship all orders to any South African Address excluding P.O Boxes, within 4-8 working days of payment confirmation. Please note that our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping times for international orders may vary by location. Customs processing delays may also occur, so for international orders please allow 7-21 working days for your package to be delivered with our Standard Free Shipping option. We are aware that international orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes, but please rest assured that these fees are already included in the prices listed on our website.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the purchase date. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Also, please note that we do not ship on weekends.
